• Review, book, and talk added — on top of the existing five (framework, tutorial, analysis, explanation, news), notes now come in eight types, including review, book, and talk. Each video gets a structure that fits it better, and the new types show up in dashboard badges and gallery filters too.

🖼 The real-note gallery, much bigger

• 15 → 27 notes — the real-note gallery now holds 27 notes, including the new review, book, and talk types. Every type has at least one note, and the popular ones (book, review) are available in English, Korean, and Japanese.
• Browse by type — pick a type in the gallery or on the first screen and see exactly how a real note is structured, no sign-up needed.

🔄 Re-analysis

• Re-run videos you've already analyzed — previously a video that succeeded once couldn't be analyzed again. Now you can re-analyze it through the latest engine. Your existing note is updated in place — no duplicate notes.

⏳ Clearer progress

• See progress right where you are — during analysis or re-analysis you can watch the step and progress bar without leaving the page, and the progress stays put across refreshes.
• Dashboard totals reconciled — the stat tiles now add up exactly.

🩹 More accurate status

• Fixed false "failed" states — note regeneration, multi-language, and PDF regeneration no longer mislabel a temporary server delay as "failed"; you now see the real status.
