This Refund Policy applies to Stacktube (“Service”), operated by unstackd.io. If you have not used the Service within 7 days of purchasing a paid monthly plan, you may request a full refund. “Use” means running at least one analysis; logging in alone does not count as use.
If you have used the Service, we will refund you on a pro-rated basis using the following formula:
Refund amount = Monthly fee − (Monthly fee ÷ 30 × days used)
Example: Pro monthly ($7.99) used for 5 days → $7.99 − ($7.99 ÷ 30 × 5) ≈ $6.66 refunded.
For annual plans, if you request a refund within 14 days of purchase we will pro-rate on the same daily basis against the annual fee. After 14 days, annual plans are generally non-refundable except where required by law.
If you are a consumer resident in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you have the right to cancel your purchase of a paid plan within 14 days of the contract date, without giving a reason, under the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 and the EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU. By subscribing and running any analysis within the cooling-off period, you expressly request that we begin providing the Service before the 14-day period ends and acknowledge that you will lose the right to withdraw once the Service has been fully performed. If you cancel before full performance, we will charge for the portion actually supplied on a pro-rated basis.

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days of the request. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few additional business days before the refund appears on your statement.
Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd. as Merchant of Record. Paddle handles international payments and collects applicable sales tax, VAT, GST, and similar taxes on our behalf. All prices are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD); the amount billed in your local currency depends on the exchange rate at the time of payment.
The Starter (free) plan does not involve any payment and is therefore not subject to this Refund Policy.
This Refund Policy does not limit any statutory rights you have as a consumer under the law of your country of residence, including the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, the EU Consumer Rights Directive, or applicable U.S. state consumer protection laws.
